To the pan add oil, Chana Daal, curry leaves, cumin seeds, chopped onion, sugar. Stir it nicely till golden brown onions.

Dry roast Vermicelli in a low flame.

Add finely chopped coriander leaves, coriander powder, salt. Stire for a while.

Add little amount of water till Vermicelli get dip in it.

Cover the lid and the flame low. For 3mins

Serve hot
