Quick Bread Pizza

Right now I am posting this recipe from the US. I realized that when you stay abroad you learn not to waste food and try to use it for the best purpose. I did the same, I had few left over wheat bread (was bored of eating the same old nutella and bread everyday for breakfast), there were a few cut veggies in the fridge (if you are in US you will get to know how big are the vegetables here, which would be enough to make 2-3 dishes). I hope my short stay in this country teach me a lot more lessons I would like to take back home :)

Cut the sides of the bread slice

Spread tomato ketchup on the bread

Add some grated mozarella cheese

Add cubed tomato and capsicum and green chilly according to your taste requirement

Top it with some more mozarella cheese if you like a lot of cheese

Heat in microwave oven for about 1 minute 20 seconds (do not heat more as the bread will tend to harden)

Season with chilly flakes

Cut the bread slice diagonally

Serve hot
