  3. 2 - 3 teaspoonsTurmeric
  4. 1 tablespoonPepper
  5. 1/2 numberLemon
  6. to tasteSea salt

    HOW TO CUT THE LOBSTERS- Pierce the lobsters through the lines or gaps present in them,using a knife. You can see how I have cut it, in the given photo. This is done in order to let the marinade get into the lobster.

    MARINADE- Mix turmeric, chilli powder, pepper, lemon juice, 1 table spoon of oil and salt in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Apply the marinade into the lobsters. Leave the marinated lobsters aside for 20 to 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Heat the pan, smear it with some olive oil or any oil of your choice, place the lobsters carefully into the pan, put the lid on and cook it on a low to medium flame for ten minutes.

  5. 5

    Open the lid and cook for another 7 to 10 min on a medium flame, make sure that there is no moisture in the lobsters when it is done. Also check if the lower part of the lobster has changed the color to dark brown, that gives a good aroma to the meat inside the shell.
