Ingredients

  1. 1cream milk Full ltr
  2. 1 tinCondense milk (385 ml)
  3. 1 tspCardamom powder
  4. 2 tspsPistachios almonds and chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Take heavy based sauce pan, add milk boil it on medium flame for at least 20 minutes and stir continuously with a wooden spoon. Till it reduce to half ltr.

    Add condensed milk boil it for few minutes then add cardamom powder, almonds and chopped pistachios. Stir continuously and turn off the flame. Keep it for cool.

    Finally pour this mixture into kulfi moulds and secure the airtight caps. Freeze it for 4 to 5 hours.

    Us moulds the kulfi and serve with some pistachios on top.
