  • 2eggs
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 3large button mushrooms
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/4 tspfreshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tspsea salt
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 tspfinely chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 50 gcherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 linkchorizo sausage
  • Cheddar cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes, and chorizo sausage and add to a pan with plenty of olive oil and the herbs

  2. 2

    Break the eggs over the pan when everything else is well cooked and scramble with the other ingredients
