  • As neededorganic peanut oil or any other vegetable oil for deep frying
  • 1/4 cupMint leaves, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cupCoriander leaves, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cCurry leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoonOnion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cbesan flour
  • 2 tablespoonsRice flour
  • 1 tspChili powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspPepper powder
  • 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspSuku –dried ginger powder
  • 1/2 tspCumin powder
  • 1/2 tspAsafoetida powder
  • RequiredSalt

    Prepare a checklist. Keep the necessary items near the cooking area

    Place the ingredients except oil, flour, salt, chopped leaves, onion etc in a bowl mix all the ingredients well. no need to use water. use your fingers to combine them together. all ingredients should be coated with flour. sprinkle some water if needed. when you add a spoonful of hot oil, the pakoras will be crispy

    Transfer the pakoras to a serving plate. aromatic, spicy crispy and tasty pakoras are ready to serve. share with friends and family on a rainy day
