Pantry Pasta

Fact: nobody has ever been sad because of good pasta.
Fact: Pasta is so good it has it's own religion
I always have canned tomatoes, butter, garlic, onions, and pasta in my pantry. Along with a million and one spices. This dish is fast and flexible. Today, I added shrimp, fresh basil, Parmesan cheese, and green onions. I like adding some greens for a pop of color and a protein to round out the dish.

Let the butter bubble and when it starts to darken, add garlic and onion.
- 5
Lower the heat and cook until onions start to become translucent
- 6
Add in drained can of diced tomatoes, and all other protein or vegetables.
