Boil the eggs and set aside

I made small slits across them so when I dropped them in the curry, some of the sauce went into the boiled egg!

Heat oil in a pot

Add some mustard seeds and cumin seeds

When its popping, add the onions and chillies and sauté

Next goes in the tomatoes and add the 3 masala powders and cook

Add some water and bring it a boil

You need to get a saucey consitency, so if you want you can add some tomato sauce to thicken it up

Add the required amount of salt

When its nice and gravy like, gently add the boiled eggs and let it simmer for a few minutes

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves
