  • 1 cupcarrot grated
  • 1 cupbeetroot grated
  • 2 cupsmilk warm
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 2elaichi slightly smashed
  • 1/2 tspelaichi powder
  • 1 tbspcoconut oil ghee or

    Add all ingredients except coconut oil in pan and cook until all the milk is absorbed and carrot and beet is soft.

    Stir in coconut oil and simmer for 5 minutes.
