What’s the game plan tonight? - Healthy Dip, Baked Veggies and Popcorn

Two handsome, sweaty, fabilicious (it’s a word! because I say so) men fighting it out tonight, both on the way to making history in tennis.
Yes! Its game night tonight! Match between two great players in the history of tennis World No.1 Novak Djokovic and World No.2 Rafael Nadal. With high adrenalin, powerful shots, spectators at the edged of their seats and hopefully a nail biting game, I don’t intend to miss a moment of it and as much as I love being in the kitchen its the last place I want to be in, but a hungry stomach is not going to help me enjoy the game.
So a quick menu for tonight is baked potato wedges with chat masala dressing, caramelized onions + roasted cumin + red chili powder dip, tortillas (store bought), lots of fresh veggies and popcorn!
Baked potatoes are filling and definitely healthier that fried chips (guilt free munching); next on the platter is a dip. I love dips they are perfect while mingling and enjoying a party; you can enjoy these with tortillas, fresh veggies all this accompanied with loads of popcorn.
