Ingredients

2 cupschocolate white - melted
1 cupdark chocolate - melted
200 gmsdigestive biscuit
20 - 25marshmallow
1/2 cupalmond
1/3 cuppistachio
2 tbspsbutter melted
1 cupchocolate chip

Steps

Break the cookies, chop the nuts and cut marshmallow. Mix them all in a bowl with the chocolate chips. [I used strawberry flavoured chips]

Line a pan with butter paper and keep it ready for the mix.

Pour white chocolate and butter in the mix and let them combine well.

Flatten the mix in the pan with butter paper and press it firmly.

Now pour the dark chocolate on the rocky road and let it set aside for few hours. Usually overnight is the best option.

Remove from pan and cut in pieces.
