Pork Stir-fry Ramen Bowl

Put the pork in the bowl and add the soy sauce, ginger, minced garlic, and salt and pepper and let it marinate for 30 mins.

In a pot with 2 tablespoons of oil add the mushrooms and onions and saute til translucent.

Next add the chicken stock and water and bring the stock to a boil then simmer for 20 mins.

In a large pan add the pork and let it cook till brown.

Next in the same large pan add the oil and red pepper flakes and let it cook for 30 seconds then ass the remaining stir-fry ingredients and saute till the ingredients are translucent.

Add the pork to the stir-fry and let it cook till warm.

Then add the ramen to the pot with the soup and let it cook till al dente.

Next in a bowl add the ramen the topped it off with the stir-fry and parsley.

Serve and enjoy! :)
