Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 4 tspbaking powder
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspcinnamon
  5. 1 cupsugar
  6. 2eggs
  7. 1 cupmilk
  8. 1/2 cupoil
  9. 1 tspvanilla extract
  10. 1 1/2 cupsblueberries

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix batter well, but don't over mix. Add blueberries. Pour into muffin papers in muffin tins.

  2. 2

    Bake at 425 for 5 minutes then at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
