Nethili / Kukuli / Anchovy Fish fry :)

This reminds me having an exotic lunch menu in Kerala mess outside my Office Manyata Tech Park premises :)...They will serve the food on banana leaves with their endless menu :)...Red boiled rice, sambhar, rasam, parippukari with ghee, aviyal, puliyan, kaalan, thoran, payasam and so on with side dishes of non-veg delicacies... And this is one such recipe which takes hardly 10 minutes.... Me n my friends drools over it :)

In a bowl marinate the fish with chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and rice flour and, keep aside for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and put fish one by one, deep fry them in medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until done. Drain extra oil in a tissue paper.

Fish will be crispy and crunchy outside, moist inside :)... Sprinkle some chat masala and garnish with onion rings... Best serve with rice and sambhar or as you like :)...Enjoy!
