Wash your water leaf and chop put in a clean bowl and set aside..

Wash your beef, and dry fish with salty water put in a pot seasoning with salt, onion, Maggi and pepper.. cook for 5min

Pour your melon in a bowl add water water and set aside

Put a dry pot on fire add your red oil pour in your melon and stir..

Pour your cooked meat and stir.. pour in your water leaf.. stir and allow to cook for 10min..

Your soup is ready.. it can be served with pounded yam, wheat,garri or semovita
