Stir-fried Gyoza & Tomato

If you love Gyoza, you must have your favourite method to cook them. I cook them in the traditional way by the steam-frying method, but lately I have been cooking them with Tomato. This method is simple. Arrange everything in a non-stick frying pan, and cook until Gyoza is cooked. You don’t need a dipping Sauce as softly cooked Tomato, Garlic and Soy Sauce with some Chilli create a lovely sauce. Using the store-bought frozen Gyoza, this dish is quick and easy to prepare.

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

Use a small non-stick frying pan and a fitting lid. Today I used 20cm frying pan.

  2. 2

Add a small amount of Oil to the frying pan, arrange Gyoza, Garlic and Tomato. Add some Chilli Flakes if you want to do so, then add Water. *Note: If you are cooking freshly made Gyoza, you might need extra Water.

  3. 3

Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat until the Water in the pan is evaporated. If not cooked yet, add extra Water and cook longer.
