  • 1fish
  • 4tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • coriander
  • 2table spoons of vinegar
  • cooking oil
  • salt

  1. 1

    Chop the tomatoes, onions and coriander mix them together then add vinegar then add a pinch of salt

  2. 2

    Add cooking oil in a frying pan then deep fry the fish cook until golden brown

  3. 3

    Best served with ugali
