This meal is very fast to prepare and can be eaten with ugali, rice and spaghetti.
Steps

Place onions in a pan and add cooking oil.

Let the onions cook then add the eggs and turn continously until the eggs cook completely.
- 3
Add the tomatoes and turn until it mixes with the eggs then cover for 3 minutes until the tomatoes become tender and crash them as you stir.Add a pinch of salt and continue turning for 1 more minute then serve while hot
