Add 2 cups water in a bowl, add a little oil to it, add salt. Keep adding flour to water untill the mixture is solid. Knead it well together so that it's not sticky. Set the flour aside to rest for about 15 minutes.

Cut the dough into small sizes. Roll the small doughs and cook them in a preheated Chapati Pan.

Cook on one side, then cook the other. Add a bit of oil and leave the chapati to cook well. Follow the procedure for all other pieces.

Boil your peas and fry them with carrots and corriander.

Steam your cabbage for about 5 minutes.

Prepare your kachumbari by cutting; tomato, carrot, onion, lettuce and mixing them all together.

Serve and enjoy with the family.
