Ingredients

  1. 1tomato (cut into 8 equal parts)
  2. 2 bunchesmizuna/potherb mustard (cut into 3 cm length)
  3. 5 leaveslettuce (tear into pieces)
  4. 1/2cucumber (thinly shredded)
  5. 1/2 bunchspaghetti (cut into short pieces, pan fry with a little oil for 10~20 seconds)
  6. to tastemayonnaise
  7. DRESSING: (mixed in advance)
  8. 2 Tbspsoy sauce
  9. 2 Tbspvinegar
  10. 1 Tbspmirin
  11. 1 tspsugar
  12. 1 Tbspsesame oil
  13. 1 Tbspdashi (if you have)

    Combine mizuna, half the lettuce, cucumber, pan fried spaghetti, and dressing in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Arrange the other half lettuce on a serving plate and put the mixture (step 1) along with the tomato on top. Spread mayonnaise over them.
