My husband is a "beer-snob" his buddies and he are big into the app Untapp'd. The Clamato beer in this recipe was one of his "fruit beers." It was disgusting to drink, but delicious in his beer bread recipe.

Ingredients

6 cupsself rising flour
25 oz.Budweiser & Clamato Chelada
1/2 cupdark brown sugar
1 1/2 stickbutter, melted
1 tbspItalian seasoning
1 tbspdried parsley
1 tbsponion powder
1 tbspgarlic powder
12 oz.shredded pizza cheese

Steps

Grease/oil a large baking sheet and preheat the oven to 375°.

Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and add melted butter.

Softly pour in cold beer preserving as much carbonation as possible.

Mix with a spoon until just combined and drop wads of dough onto the baking sheet with room to expand some.

Bake for 20 minutes. The biscuits will be done when a toothpick comes out clean after a done-test.
