Ingredients

  1. ½ KilogramBeef Minced
  2. 3 TablespoonsOil
  3. 1 TeaspoonCumin Seed
  4. 2Onions Medium - Size (Finely Chopped)
  5. 1 TeaspoonGarlic Paste
  6. 1 TeaspoonGinger Paste
  7. 3 TeaspoonsCoriander Powder
  8. 1 TeaspoonCumin Powder
  9. 2 TeaspoonsGaram Masala
  10. 1/2 TeaspoonPepper Powder
  11. 2Tomatoes Mediun - Size (Finely Chopped)
  12. 1/2Lemon Juice of
  13. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Fry the cumin seeds for few seconds.

  3. 3

    Add onions now. Saute the onions till it turn golden brown color.

  4. 4

    Add ginger and garlic pastes to the above and saute well.

  5. 5

    Add the minced beef to the above. Mix everything well for 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Now add all the spices (coriander,cumin,garam masala & pepper) and salt.

  7. 7

    Mix everything well. Keep on stirring till the beef turns brown. It may take 10 minutes.

  8. 8

    Add tomatoes. Stir well and cook till they are soft.

  9. 9

    Now turn off the heat and add lemon juice.

  10. 10

    The dish is ready to serve.
