Ingredients

  • 500Chicken Boneless (Cleaned & Diced)
  • 1 ½ TeaspoonsKashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 2 TablespoonsLemon Juice
  • 1 TablespoonYogurt
  • 2 TeaspoonsGinger Garlic - Paste
  • 2 TablespoonsCornflour
  • 1 TablespoonMaida
  • 1Egg
  • 2Green Chillies
  • 1/2 TeaspoonGaram Masala
  • 2 TablespoonsRava
  • - 3 DropsRed Color (Optional)
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for frying

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take a bowl, add to chicken all the ingredients.(I didn't use Red Color)

  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken well and keep it aside for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces till its done.
