Ingredients

2-serving
  • 220Ground Lamb
  • 1Onion , medium-sized , finey chopped
  • 3Garlic , finely chopped
  • 2 TablespoonsParsely , Finely Chopped
  • 1 PinchPaprika
  • To TastePepper
  • To TasteSalt
  • Olive Oil (if needed)

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl (except Olive oil)

  2. 2

    Take a handful of mixture and form into patties using your hand.

  3. 3

    Cover them well and refrigerate for at-least one hour.

  4. 4

    Heat the skillet over medium heat.

  5. 5

    Brush the patties with olive oil (if needed) and place them on the skillet.

  6. 6

    For well done, cook the steak for 3-4 minutes. Use tongs to turn and cook the other side.

  7. 7

    Serve as you wish - with buns, breads or chappathis.
