1 poundground sirloin
1small onion diced
1/3 cupchopped oil cured olives pits removed
1/4 cupsugar
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspoonsmoked paprika
1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
1 tablespoonyellow prepared mustard
1 tablespoonketchup
56 ouncescanned pork and beans
1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
--Meatballs ------------
2/3 poundground sirloin
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
as neededoil to fry the meatballs
10 slicestortillas

Dice the onion and olives fry in pan 1 tablespoon olive oil

Add 1 pound ground sirloin and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Season the 2/3 pound of ground sirloin with salt, pepper, and garlic.

Get the sirloin for beans browned add beans and sugar

Form the 2/3 pound ground sirloin into marble sized meatballs

Fry the meatballs crispy

Add to the beans

Mix carefully not to let the meatballs fall apart.

Heat tortillas and serve
