If you don't have an outdoor grill, this is a delicious way to grill in the oven...
Steps

Season the ground beef with finely chopped onion, flour, salt, and black pepper. Shape the mixture into finger-shaped logs.

Cut the potato into sticks, and slice the tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with a little salt and toss together. Arrange them on a baking sheet.

Place the oven rack directly over the baking sheet, upside down. Arrange the seasoned kofta logs on the rack and add the hot green pepper to roast. Note: The vegetables underneath will cook as the juices from the kofta drip down.

Place everything on the bottom rack of the oven. Turn on both the broiler and oven at 480°F (250°C) and bake for 35 minutes.

Flip each kofta to the other side, remove them from the oven, and move them closer to the broiler for 10 minutes.

Remove the kofta and arrange them on a serving plate. Leave the vegetable tray in the oven for another 5 minutes or until fully cooked.

Take out the vegetables and place them in the center of the kofta plate. Serve and enjoy!
