Ingredients

3 servings
  • 3 lbbanana
  • 4 tbspSugar
  • 3 tbspcoconut sugar or palm sugar
  • 2 cupCoconut milk or you can replace it with milk
  • 2Pandanus leaf (optional)
  • 1 pinchsalt (optional)
  • 1 tbspcinnamon powder or 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
  • 8 glasswater (approximately)

Steps

7 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut banana into 5 equal size, each.

  2. 2

    Boil water, add sugar,coconut sugar/palm sugar, salt, cinnamon, pandanus leaf then pour coconut milk/milk. Then stir. Boil for about 3 or 4 minutes

    Serve hot or chilled.
