Cut the onions and heat the pan, then add the chopped onions.Fry until slightly brown

Pick your ginger and garlic and add. Fry for one minute. It should produce a sweet aroma.

Add the curry powder and cook for 2 minutes.

Now, take your mutton and add too the cooking pot. Make sure your mutton is well coated. At this point cook and cover the meat under low heat.

After 10 minutes of low cooking, uncover the meat and stir. Here it already looks nice. Then cover and allow it to continue cooking for 8 more minutes.

Then uncover and stir your mutton, then cook for 7 more minutes.

Next add water to cover the meat and cook for 30 minutes. At this point the water should have already evaporated.

Then add the chopped onions salt and pepper.

Stir until the onions became soft. Add chopped tomatoes and stir for 3 minutes then add water.

Allow to boil for 5 minutes then add beef cubes and a tbsp of royco.

Allow to cook for one more minute and serve with Ugali.
