4 servings

1boneless, skinless chicken breast (about 300 gr), quartered
3 tbsphoney
3 tbspmustard
3 tbspshoyu
1/2onion, sliced thinly
1 tspoil

Steps

Pour the oil to the slow cooker. Add sliced onion.

Add the chicken to the slow cooker.

Mix honey, mustard, and shoyu. Pour it on the slow cooker and mix well.

Cook HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours.

Use two forks to shred the chicken before serving.
