Cut pork into cubes and put to boil until soft and all water is finish.

Chop onions and green pepper.

Add cooking oil and onions to the boiled pork and fry until it turns golden brown.

Add green pepper and stir for few minutes, then add salt.

Serve hot with greens and ugali.
