1onion
1capsicum (green)
cooking oil
salt

Add onions in a cooking pot then oil and stir fry for 3 mins. Then add tomatoes and capsicum

Let it cook for 5 mins. add 1/2 cup of water and salt.

After cooking for 3 more mins, dip the fish and let it cook for 15mins

Let it cool and serve with Ugali
