Ingredients

  • 1 bunchsukuma wiki
  • 2large tomatoes
  • 1large onion
  • to tastesalt
  • 4tblspn of cooking oil

Steps

20minutes
  1. 1

    Chop sukuma wiki, onions and tomatoes and set a side.

  2. 2

    Heat cooking oil in a sufuria.

  3. 3

    Add onions and stir until it turns golden brown.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and mash them while stirring.

  5. 5

    Add sukuma wiki and stir. Add salt and Leave it to cook for 5minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with ugali.
