Chhole ko 4 hours soak karein.

Than chhole wash kar ke boil kar le, with salt and haldi powder

Onion, Tomato and green chilli ko chop karein.

Chane ki dal ko b 4 hour soak karein.

Than wash karein achhe se.

Than dal ko green chilli and ginger ke sath gri d kar le.

Than ek bowl me dal nikale aur 1 tsp red chili powder,haldi powder,, salt to taste and coriander leaves dale and mix properly.

1/2 glass water dale mix karein, better ready karein.

Non stick tawe par 2 tbsp better dale aur chilla banaye.

And both side achhe se seke.oil. Laga kar

Ek pan me ghee grm karein jeera and hing dale brown karein..

Ek bowl me boiled chhole nikale and jeera-hing ka tadka upar dale..(aap apne taste according chat masala b add ke r sakte hai)

Now chhole and chilla is ready.

Grma grm chane ki dal ka chilla With boiled chhole with tadka and green Chutney ke sath serve karein.
