I like to experiment on food using my available ingredients. Today's recipe was a good surprise for me. I hope you like it. Enjoy!

Wash and chop all your vegetables to your desired sizes.

Mix your soy sauce, finely chopped garlic, honey and vinegar I'm a basin. Stir well then add your chicken pieces. Marinate for 1-3hrs.

Preheat your pan then add cooking oil. First stir fry your onions until golden brown.

Next add your tomatoes and cook until mushy.

When your tomatoes are cooked, add your chicken pieces and stir.

After cooking your chicken a while, add the rest of the veggies

When the food is almost ready add your tomato paste.

Cook to form a thick base.

Add the marinate into your pan then cover to simmer. This makes the chicken soft.

When ready, the stew will be thick and the chicken nice and soft.

Serve with rice or ugali or chapati and vegetables.
