Ingredients

  1. 4potatoes boiled & crumbled
  2. 1 cupniblet corn, cooked, cut from the cob or canned & drained
  3. 2 tbspbutter
  4. to tasteDill weed
  5. to tasteparsley
  6. to tastesalt & pepper
  7. dashchicken broth if necessary for forming patties

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine ingredients and form into patties, using chicken broth if necessary

  2. 2

    Spray a pan with non stick spray and heat for searing

  3. 3

    Because all ingredients are precooked, pan fry to desired color

  4. 4

    Plate for service, consider add ons like cheese sauce or ketchup, and add ins like sauteed peppers or shredded meat
