  1. 1/2 cupshimeji mushroom
  2. 1/2 cupshredded quick-melted cheese
  3. 1hot dog bun
  4. Garlic, Salt & Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan and add Oil.

  2. 2

    When oil is getting hot, add garlic and stir until the garlic turn to brown color.

  3. 3

    Add the shimeji mushroom and salt, and stir for 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Spread the shredded melted cheese on the bun, and put the cooked mushroom on top of the cheese.

  5. 5

    Serve and Enjoy!
