In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Add the ground mastic and orange blossom water.

Stir a little more, then pour the pudding into half of each cup or mold. Fill the other half with the prepared Jello.

Prepare the Jello according to the instructions on the box.
