  • 1 bunchsukuma wiki
  • 1large onion
  • 4tbspoon cooking oil
  • Salt

  1. 1

    Cut your sukuma wiki and wash them.

  2. 2

    Dice onions. Heat cooking oil in a sufuria and add onions.

  3. 3

    Stir for few minutes then add sukuma wiki and salt.

  4. 4

    Let it coom for 3 to 5 minutes make sure you dnt over cook.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with rice or ugali
