Drain the can of jackfruit and rinse. Let sit for a couple minutes to dry out just a bit

Slice the olives, chop the onions and celery.

In a bowl shred the jackfruit to desired size add onion, celery, olives, mayo, salt and pepper.

Enjoy!

To make vegan just substitute veganaise for the mayo.
