Ingredients

3 tbsp.Nutcessity Espresso Nut Butter
120 grolled oats
70 gground linseed (flaxseed)
50 gdate syrup (or another syrup you have to hand)
3 tbsp.goji berries
2 tbsp.cacao powder

Steps

Mix everything together in a big bowl, first with a fork to break things down, then with your hands.

Add small drops of water as you go until the mixture starts to really come together.

Roll into around 15 generously sized truffles, or 30 mini ones :)

Try not to pop them down the hatch all in the same day ;)
