Ingredients

Forty minutes
1 serving
  1. 250 gliver
  2. Halfcabbage
  3. 2Tomatoes
  4. 2Onions
  5. 1Pepper (Green one)
  6. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the liver to boil for twenty minutes.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile as the liver is cooking, chop onions, tomatoes and pepper.

  3. 3

    Fry the onions to golden brown. Add pepper.

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes to the frying onions and pepper. Let it create a thick paste. cook for five more minutes.

  5. 5

    Add the already cooked liver to the already fried tomatoes and onions.

  6. 6

    Stir to mix the liver with all the other ingredients.

  7. 7

    Let it cook for five more minutes. Add some water to create some soup.

  8. 8

    Our food is ready to serve with cabbages, avocado and chapati from the previous day.
