  • Sugar as par taste
  • 1/2 tspElaychi powder
  • Deshi ghee 1 big spoon
  • Water as par need

    Rice ko wash karke ek side rakh de.

    Milk ko gas par rakhe jab milk mai ubal aajaye to gas dhimi kar de or wash rice dal kar chlaye or slow flame par pkaye beech beech m spoon se chlati rahe.

    Jab milk thoda gadha ho jaye or rice pak jaye to gas band kar de. Ab isme sugar or dry fruits ko mix kariye upar se elaychi powder dale Fridge mai thnda kare chandi ki vark or pista se garnish kare.

    Gas par pan mai ghee garm kare

    Garm ghee me sewaiya bhune mediums flame par halki brown hone tak Ab isme jarurt k hisab se paani daale or chlaye sugar chopped dry fruits daliye ab ise 15 minute cover karke paka le

    Ready sewaiyo ko kheer k sath yah fir aise hi parose
