Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 2kielbasa sausages
  2. 5 cwater
  3. 3chicken bullion cubes
  4. 1 (15 oz)can tomato sauce
  5. 1 candiced tomatoes
  6. 1Bell pepper
  7. 1/2 bunchgreen onions
  8. 1med yellow onion
  9. 1 tbsponion powder (or to taste)
  10. 1 tbspgarlic powder (or to taste)
  11. 1 tbspparsley (to taste)
  12. 2 tbspCajun seasoning (to taste)
  13. 3 cupsrice

Cooking Instructions

    Dice veggies. Meanwhile boil water and bullion cube until completely dissolved

    In a skillet sautés sausage and yellow onion about 5 min or until onion starts to soften. Add green onion and Bell pepper another 5 min.

    To sausage and veggies add water mixture tomato sauce seasonings, diced tomatoes, and rice bring to a fool storing occasionally to prevent rice from sticking.

    Reduce heat and simmer covered, stir occasionally, for another 20 min or until rice is done.

    Note.. Some people add a little hot sauce to give an extra kick.. Be warned a little goes a long ways.
