Slice your onion, pepper and tomato then you break your eggs and pour in a bowl

Add a pinch of salt in the egg and stir a bit, thereafter you get a clean frypan and put on fire then you add little vegetable oil and allow to hot

As soon as the oil is hot you pour your eggs and pour the slice tomato, pepper and onions without stirring it. Then after 30 seconds you flip the egg so the other side can be fried too for just 30 seconds too then ur Nigerian omellete is ready
