  • 1 kgChicken
  • 1/2garlic
  • 4table spoon sugar
  • 1tea spoon salt
  • 1 cupsoy sauce
  • To tasteBlack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop your garlic.

  2. 2

    Mix sugar, salt, garlic and soy sauce in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Dip your chicken pieces inside. Sprinkle black pepper into it and mix well.

    Preheat your pan then direct add your chicken into your pan together with the marinade.

    Cover the food when cooking. Cook until the chicken is soft and the marinade is dry.

    Serve with a hot bowl of rice/ugali.
