Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupAcha
  2. as neededWater as much
  3. 3 cubesMaggi
  4. Salt a pinch to taste
  5. 1 pinchCurry powder
  6. Ginger and garlic powder little
  7. 3/4 cupPalm oil
  8. as neededPepper as much
  9. Onion 1/2 bulb

Steps

  1. 1

    Put palm oil on fire, cut onion and fry a little in palm oil

  2. 2

    Blend or cut pepper and fry with onion then add three cups if water into oil

  3. 3

    Add maggi, salt, ginger and garlic powder, with curry powder into water and allow to boil

  4. 4

    Wash acha thoroughly to remove stones and pour into boiling water and stir

  5. 5

    Stir till it begins to get strong, then cover pot and allow to cook also for water to drain.

  6. 6

    Acha meal us ready and did delicious when served and eaten hot.
