Steps

Roast: peel the potatoes and add them in a pot whole.

Add some clean water

Cut the garlic cloves and into halves and add them into the pot.

Add salt to your taste and bring them to boil till well cooked but not to an extent of breaking. Ones ready they will have a taste of garlic and be well salted.

In another pot, heat the cooking oil till its hot.

Beat the eggs evenly, dip the boiled potatoes and then roll them on the flour.

Deep fry till they for 4 minutes and drain the excess oil.

Choma: preheat the oven to 180℅

Add soysauce in a bowl. Add salt and garlic powder and mix thoroughly.

Prepare the matton if you want to it boneless then remove all the bones.

Sprinkle evenly the mixture above onto the matton.

Put it on the oven grill and let it roast for 40 minutes.

Keep turning in between till both side are well cooked.
