Put your beef to boil for about 30 minutes untill it's tender.

Saute your onions, add your beef, a pinch of salt and stir. Add the diced tomatoes, yellow pepper and let them cook for a while. Add a little water and let simmer.

Clean your brocolli thoroughly, and slice it to desired sizes.

Add your cut brocolli in the beef and let it cook for about 10 minutes. Make sure it doesn't cook too much, as it will lose the nutrients. Mix well together.

Serve well while hot. Enjoy
