Cut Paneer in small pieces.

Then chopped onion and tomato.

Now take kadhai put 1 teaspoon butter and roast the onion and tomato then put achari masala and also roast it.

Now take grinder put roasted onion and tomato then grind it and put aside.

Take non stick pan put butter heat it then add cumin seeds after Crackling put paste and saute for till butter separate.

Then add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, kasuri meethi, Paneer and saute for 2 minutes.

Then add cream and switch off the flame and your Achari Paneer is ready to serve.
