Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 2table spoon of coconut oil
  3. 1Scorch bornet a.k.a Rodo diced
  4. 1medium size Onion diced
  5. 2 cupssliced cabbage
  6. 2table spoon of mayonnaise
  7. 1/2 cubeseasoning cube
  8. to tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Break your eggs in a bowl and keep on the side

  2. 2

    Add the coconut oil in the pan and let it heat up slightly

  3. 3

    Add the onion, then the Rodo, after 1 minute add 1/2 cube of the seasoning and salt to taste.

  4. 4

    Add the remaining 1/2 cube of the seasoning cube to the egg and whisk

  5. 5

    Add the egg mixture to the pan and let cook on slow heat for another 2 mins. Serve after that

  6. 6

    For the cabbage, add the mayonnaise yo the cabbage and mix. Serve with the egg and a cup of green Tea. Enjoy
